- Postpone travel abroad for 2 years.
- Do not eat outside food for 1 year
- Do not go to unnecessary marriage or other similar ceremony for 1 year.
- Do not take unnecessary trips in India.
- Do not go crowded place for at least 1 year.
- Completely follow social distancing for 1 year.
- Stay away form a person who has cough.
- Wear the facemask whenever you go out from your home.
- Be careful in purchasing or buying from market at least for 1 year.
- Prefer vegetarian food.
- Do not go to the multiplex,mall,crowded market, parks. and temples for 6 months now.and any birthday or anniversary party should also be avoided.
- Increase immunity with regular diet,exercise and rest,
- Be very carefull while at station or a Beauty parlor.
- Avoid unnecessary meeting, gathering keeping in mind social distancing.
- The threat of corona is not going to end soon.
- Lastly, even if you get corona positive take proper and complete treatment from your doctors and follow them.At least quarantine yourself for 2 weeks.
