What to do after Lock down in covid-19

1. Postpone travel abroad for 2 years.
2. Do not eat outside food for 1 year
3. Do not go to unnecessary marriage or other similar ceremony for 1 year.
4. Do not take unnecessary trips in India.
5. Do not go crowded place for at least 1 year.
6. Completely follow social distancing for 1 year.
7. Stay away form a person who has cough.
8. Wear the facemask whenever you go out from your home.
9.  Be careful in purchasing or buying from market at least for 1 year.
10. Prefer vegetarian food.
11. Do not go to the multiplex,mall,crowded market, parks. and temples for 6 months now.and any birthday or anniversary party should also be avoided.
12. Increase immunity with regular diet,exercise and rest,
13. Be very carefull while at station or a Beauty parlor.
14. Avoid unnecessary meeting, gathering keeping in mind social distancing.
15. The threat of corona is not going to end soon.
16. Lastly, even if you get corona positive take proper and complete treatment from your doctors and follow them.At least quarantine yourself for 2 weeks.
